D: Anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed in the other ranks.
C: Complete in less than 25:00, while dying less than 4 times.
B: Complete in less than 22:30, while dying less than 3 times.
A: Complete in less than 20:00, while dying less than 2 times.
S: Complete in less than 17:30 without dying once.
P: Same as "S" rank, but do so on Vengeance difficulty.
